Don’t blog for 1 month…I need to update this asap, so much has happend over the last month that makes for excellent blogging material!

Still an optimist.

When things go wrong and I feel like I have no control over my life, I always want to believe the worst in people and situations.  However, in the end, once you work through all the crapage, things are pretty great.  Every cloud has a silver lining

Artful Winemaker, Wine Making Kit.

Although, at first glance this looks like cider, its actually a Pinot Grigio on its 14th day of fermenting.  I just put the clearing agent in this evening, and I will just have to wait patiently for the wine to clear to a nice straw-pale yellow. Can’t wait until I get to bottle this on day 28 :)

I made my Artful Winemaker Kit.

I realized I STILL haven’t won the heartandstroke lottery.

This is hands down my fave blog.  From the way its set up, to the way she writes, and OBVIOUSLY what she wears, its like having my very own fashion magazine everyday of the week.  Now, sometimes I would disagree with the shoe choices she makes as I feel that others would have completed the outfit a little better, but each individual piece has a story and that’s what I LOVE! Pretty sure she gets paid to do this, and she definitely gets to borrow clothes.  Want that job now.

What has he done that everyone is so angry about? I don’t get it.  I think he is from the U.K and apparently he has a lot of followers so he might be some kind of celebrity, who knows.  Anyways, I follow him and his posts come up regularly on my feed, and I just don’t get it.  What has he done that’s so terrible? He posts cute pictures and memorable little stories. He’s a slice if you ask me :)

This is what Michael Kors is charging for a dress made out of THOSE materials. That’s disgusting.  I would not buy ANYTHING made from polyester or spandex for over 30$, give me a break. Brand has lost all credibility from me.  If you are going to call yourself high fashion but produce clothing from cheap, itchy, disgusting material you better check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Sell me something Silk or Cashmere and that 900$ doesn’t seem so hefty, but POLYESTER! Seriously?!?! Are people even buying this crap?
